This spring until the end of May, the Davidov Restaurant offers you its spring menu for 2010.
There is a wide selection of new dishes, including starters and salads, soups and main dishes as well as desserts, all cooked according to the best European recipes.
Begin the experience with a Warm Salad with Chicken Liver, Raspberry & Baby Spinach or Roasted Tuna with Herbs & Beetroot Jelly. Lovers of a combination of flavours can enjoy Foie Gras with Apple, Ruccola, Raspberry & Beetroot Sauce or Sea Scallops Baked with Lemongrass with Honey Pear and Glazed Pine Nuts.
As for main dishes, we recommend the Salmon with Black Mustard Seeds, Asparagus & Raspberry Sorbet or the Sea Bass Fillet with Orange Cream, Mandarin Peel & Sea Scallop. For those who prefer meat courses, the Executive Chef of the Davidov restaurant has prepared the Rack of Veal Stuffed with Asparagus, Pea Mousse & Beetroot Sauce and the Rib Eye with Roasted Almonds and Asparagus in a Dijon Mustard Sauce.
The Davidov’s spring menu offers a wide range of dishes for every taste as well as a choice of new desserts, which will complement your sunny mood, for example White Chocolate Mousse with Mint and Chocolate & Banana Mousse with Coffee Cream.
The spring menu is available in Davidov until the end of May 2010.
The Davidov Restaurant is situated on the first floor of the Hotel Astoria. An elegant classic interior with a spectacular view onto St Isaac’s Square provides a comfortable atmosphere for leisurely, friendly meetings.
