Visa Support

Hotel Astoria would be pleased to give any of its customers support and advice in obtaining a Russian visa. The first step to take in obtaining a visa is to complete a visa support form and send this to the hotel. The hotel is then able to do much of the work involved on your behalf. The visa application form itself must be completed in the country of origin, and a minimum of seven days is required to obtain a visa.

We will require your personal details, including passport number and credit card details, in order to issue the required support for visas.

Click here to access a visa support form as a Word document that you will need to complete. You can either e-mail a copy of the completed form to the hotel at reservations.astoria@roccofortehotels.com or you may fax it to the hotel at: +7 812 494 5133.

Important: The hotel provides this service free for all guests who arrive at the hotel. Should the reservation be cancelled or the guest does not arrive, a charge of EURO 50.00 will be charged automatically to the credit card for each person who receives a visa support letter.

Please note that visa support letters do not substitute the Russian visa, which must be obtained from the respective Russian Consulate.

The visa support documents do not guarantee that the Russian Consulate will issue the necessary entry visa as certain restrictions may apply. Please check with your nearest Russian Consulate.
